Adelicia Hayes Franklin Acklen Cheatham (1817 – 1887) was the widow of a plantation owner from Nashville, Tennessee and then an owner in her own right.

Hayes (1822–1893), who would serve as the 19th President of the United States from 1877 to 1881.〔〔 Her mother, Sarah Clements (Hightower) Hayes (1795-1871).〔〔 They lived at Rokeby.〔
